This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All our products are handcrafted and/or custom-made, therefore processing time varies.

Standard Processing Time:

3–7 business days (depending on product type)

During high-demand periods:

Processing may take up to 10 business days.

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is processed and shipped.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery time begins after dispatch, not after the order is placed.

For India (Domestic Shipping):

  • Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days

For International Shipping:

Delivery times vary by country:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Some regions may take longer due to customs clearance.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Weight of the product

  • Courier partner rates

We occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via email/SMS

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking number

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the address provided is:

  • Incorrect

  • Incomplete

  • Not reachable

…the courier will return the package to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

  • No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect address.


6. Delayed Delivery

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • High holiday traffic

  • Customs checks (international orders)

The Aadya Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Any additional charges imposed by the destination country

These fees are not included in the order or shipping cost.


8. Order Not Received / Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbours/security

  2. Verify delivery address

  3. Contact the courier partner

If still unresolved, contact us within 48 hours so we can raise a support request.

Lost packages reported outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for investigation.


9. Damaged or Open Package at Delivery

If your package arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

  • Opened

Please:

  • Record a video of the package condition

  • Do not accept the delivery (if possible)

  • Contact us within 24 hours with proof

We will assist with a replacement if damage is verified.
