We value your trust and want to ensure complete transparency regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our products (custom-made, handcrafted, made-to-order, personalized items), we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy except in specific cases mentioned below.

Every product is processed only after receiving an order, and many pieces are customized per customer request. Therefore, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not allowed under normal circumstances.


2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:

A. You received a damaged product

  • Visible manufacturing damage

  • Item broken in transit

  • Major defect that affects functionality or appearance

B. You received the wrong product

  • Wrong item

  • Wrong size (if applicable)

  • Wrong customization/text (if the error is from our end)

C. Quality issue

If the product delivered does not match the description, quality, or photographs shown on our website.


3. Conditions for Approval

To qualify for a replacement or return:

  • You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.

  • The item must be unused, with all original packaging intact.

  • The issue must be verified and approved by our Quality Team.

If the claim is valid, you will receive:

  • A replacement product free of cost, or

  • Store credit (if replacement is not possible)

Note: Refunds are issued only if the product is not serviceable or a replacement is not available.


4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

These items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized / personalized products

  • Engraved items

  • Made-to-order items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items without unboxing proof

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only if the wrong product was delivered from our end.

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size/color/customization

  • Personal preference

  • Liking a different product later


6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed since every product is processed individually and often customized.

However, you may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order.
Approval depends on whether production has started.


7. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a rare refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 working days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed


8. Shipping for Returns (If Applicable)

  • In cases where the mistake is from our end, The Aadya Studio will cover return shipping costs.

  • If the issue is not validated, the customer must bear return shipping costs and the product will be shipped back.


9. How to Raise a Return / Replacement Request
